You Talk. We Listen - An Upgraded Delivery Service.
You've asked us to provide you with more information about the progress of your order. Many of you have gone further, asking us to provide you with a means of tracking the delivery of your order once placed. We've also learnt that if you happen to have been out, a second attempt to deliver would be greatly appreciated.
We recognise that it's frustrating to return home to find a card informing you that we tried to deliver, inviting you to collect your order at a local depot. So we've responded by upgrading our deliveries to a personal courier service that will attempt to deliver your order not twice, but three times.
Not only that, but the customer service agents who answer your enquiries will now be able to track your order from the warehouse all the way to your door. Very soon, if we have your email address, we'll be able to provide you with tracking information, allowing you to see for yourself exactly where your parcel is and when it's going to be delivered.
Our simple aim is to make it easier and more enjoyable to order direct for home delivery. And we're not planning to charge extra for this personal courier delivery service. We know that with improved delivery options and faster assured home delivery, more of you will join the nationwide switch to direct home shopping with Overstocks2clear.com.

Safe Place Delivery Instructions If we're delivering a package via our specialist courier we can ask them to leave your package somewhere safe if you're out. Please specify, for example, 'in garage', 'shed' or 'with neighbour' etc.
Although we ask you to allow between 14-28 days for delivery, the majority of orders are delivered within 10 days. Some items will be dispatched from our own warehouse within 7 days, but other items will be sent to you directly by one of our specialist suppliers.
Our standard rate for Postage & Packing (P&P) is £4.95 per order no matter how many items you order. The standard delivery charge for N.Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands is £6.95.
Express next day delivery is £5 per recipient in addition to the standard charge. Phone us before midday Monday to Friday for next day delivery (excludes weekend delivery - an order received after midday on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday). Express delivery is available to UK mainland with the exception of some more remote areas of the Highlands. A signature is required upon receipt and all delivery costs are non-refundable. Phone orders only.
We can now deliver to the Channel Islands (with the exception of Jersey) but are obliged to levy administration charge equivalent to the amount of VAT that would otherwise be refunded. Unfortunately due to the recent Jersey Goods and Services Tax in place we are unable to produce the necessary documentation required by the Jersey Tax Office and therefore reluctantly have had to temporarily suspend deliveries to Jersey.
Regrettably we are unable to export to Eire.
If you have ordered more than 1 item, they may arrive separately.
Heavy or over-sized items require special delivery and can only be delivered between Monday and Friday. These items are identified on the website by the use of Red Lorries and attract supplementary delivery charges as follows:
= £15.00 per item to all areas
= £30.00 per item to UK mainland only. N.Ireland £55.00 per item, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands & UK Islands (except Jersey) £75.00 per item.
Regrettably red lorry items cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses.
Red lorry items may be returned at the time of delivery without incurring any additional charge. If subsequently you wish to return the item, a collection charge will be incurred at the same rate as the original delivery charge.
Any items received damaged must be notified by telephone within 5 days of receipt; just follow the simple instructions that we send with your order.
Postage and packing charges are per delivery address. Please add a £4.95 administrative charge for each address additional to the first delivery address.
