This ingenious silicone ‘saddle’ allows you to lift a large turkey, weighty joint or whole fish out of the roasting pan without fear of dropping or breaking it en route to the serving platter. Bake or roast directly onto the lifter - foods cook quickly, evenly and crisply on the raised ridges – and because silicone is non-stick it helps keep the pan clean.
